A pale pink English Sparkling wine that has spent 18 months aging on the lees giving the wine a beautiful structure.  Summer fruits on the nose with red berries and strawberries. On the palate wild strawberries & rich creaminess. Elegant and refined, with a lovely, vibrant mousse.
