A pale and elegant white wine. Very floral on the nose with white blossom and elderflower.
 
Nice concentration on the palate with fruit notes of peach, pear and grapefruit with a beautifull balanced acidity leading to a strong finish.
 
Beautifully paired with goats cheese and English Asparagus!
